What is AP Studio?

This course leads students to develop mastery of concept, composition and execution of their personal ideas and themes. Students will also understand that art creation is a process that uses informed and critical decision making to determine outcomes to problems. Breadth Ideas

Here are some ideas for the Breadth section of your AP portfolio.

Drawing and Painting

Drawing and Painting is a yearlong class where the students will participate in activities and projects related to various studio art media and technique. The course will also integrate art history, major developments in art and important artists into a visual repertoire to encourage the student to continue with their art education.
